Summary

  • rename the competition branch to Printf while keeping Lprintf / Gopublic as the global zero trust mainline
  • clarify overseas long-lived credentials vs domestic temporary invitation credentials
  • update Wave 2 track-103 submission notes and PR-based submission flow
  • align Specs, README, submissions, architecture, roadmap, and evaluation docs

Validation

  • checked that the competition package no longer references printf-next or track-65
  • updated submissions.json and SUBMISSIONS.md to use Printf
