闭环：证据（口播原文+时间戳）→ 判断（规则核验+钱损算式）→ 行动（安全替代话术）→ 人审（采纳/驳回留痕）。

  • 零依赖 Node.js ≥18，npm start 一条命令运行；node --test 32/32 全绿
  • 7 条规则 / 6 类承诺；判例册 CN / OVERSEAS 双法域（16 CFR Part 233/251/255/323/435、FTC Act §5、英 CAP Code + DMCC 2024、欧 UCPD），真实已公开处罚，金额原币种披露、不折汇率
